To unite Arab and American businesses for mutual benefit.
The Arab American Chamber of Commerce “AACC” renders the business community by providing document legalization service as Certifications of Origins, commercial Invoices, and export documents in general. AACC is not a governmental unit of the United States Government, but it merely represents the concerns of many businesses and trade organizations between the United States and the Arab World. The Arab American Chamber of Commerce “AACC” holds the federal No. 2.339.971. It also shares another US federal trademark, No. 3.71.191 for the name of US Arab Chamber of Commerce "USACC"
Governmental entities require AACC`s stamp in case of exporting products to Arab countries. It also presents a complete report of the laws, and procedures that relate to exporting from the United States, in addition to the associated laws of the Arab countries which facilitate the process of document authentication and minimize the possibility of unnecessary errors.
Certificate of Origin is a very important document and necessarily required to complete the export process correctly. Certificate of Origin (c/o) is a printed form of a document that is used in International Trade.
Certificate of origin attests that the items in certain export shipment have been processed and manufactured in the country in which the certificate was issued. The Arab countries require these documents to be notarized by an issuing body as the local Chamber of Commerce. AACC assists its customers to obtain a notarized Certificate of Origin for their shipments.
Commercial invoices are bills for the products from the seller. Governments use often the commercial invoice to determine the true value of tariffs in the customs. The invoices must contain specific information like the involved parties in the transaction, products, the weight, the manufacturer, and it must state that the signature is true and valid.
There are other types of export documents as Export Packing List, Transportation Documents, Halal Certifications, Ingredient Certificate, Inspection Certification, and a wide range of certifications that the AACC assists their clients to obtain. The AACC provides full authentication service including the stamp and authentication of the related embassy or just stamp the documents with no further embassy certification.
